My stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel was truly memorable thanks to the beautiful views and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable but showed some age. The location near the Westlake and the vibrant night market was perfect for exploring. Although some dining options were on the pricier side, the overall experience was worth it for the scenic ambiance and friendly service.

I had a pleasant stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale in Hangzhou. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Westlake and surrounded by excellent dining choices. The hotel's staff was outstanding, especially Eva, who provided exceptional service. However, the rooms, while comfortable and spacious, felt a bit dated, and there was some noise from outside traffic. Overall, I found it to be a great value for money, thanks to the attentive service and nice amenities.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking West Lake, and the ambiance was both luxurious and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with personalized attention that made my stay memorable. However, I found the gym to be temporarily closed for renovations, which was a bit disappointing.
